Our morning will be a presentation on the work of everyday chaplains outside of institutions meeting all people where the live addressing how they experience spirituality. The day will include contemplative practices including exploring the labyrinth, nature trails, gonging and music as a spiritual practice We will offer workshops on spiritual care and environment, spiritual care and social justice work, spiritual care in social services, spiritual care and compassion, and spiritual care for fertility and pregnancy loss. We will conclude our day with conversation circles to integrate and explore how chaplaincy and spiritual care can be built out to meet the greatest needs of our communities.
